To avoid any issues around security, between 8 and 12 participants in a session of this course should be drawn from across the same organisation. Following scenario setting and a facilitated brainstorm, participants will leave with an agreed action plan to enable the organisation to begin to deal with some of the bigger medium and long-term issues that are likely to affect it.
